Shipping policy
We’re a small, independently owned and operated shop. We’re not a massive warehouse, and most of what we sell is built, stocked, or sourced in batches. Because of that, availability can change depending on materials and supplier timing.
We do our best to keep inventory accurate on the website, but occasionally something may show in stock when it’s actually delayed or on backorder. If you’re on a timeline or need something by a specific date, reach out first so we can confirm before you order.
Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking info and delivery updates via email. Standard transit times are usually 3–6 business days depending on your location. Shipping times are carrier estimates and do not include weekends.
We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.
