Refund policy
If you bought it from fastlabutv.com and need to send it back, you’ve got 30 days from the purchase date to do it.
We keep it simple — as long as the part comes back in new, resellable condition with original packaging, hardware, and everything it shipped with, you’re good.
If it’s been mounted, used, modified, or installed in any way, it’s not eligible for return. No exceptions.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If the return isn’t due to an error on our end, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
After 30 Days
After 30 days, returns are handled case-by-case. If we approve it, a 25% restocking fee applies and the part still needs to be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping is still on the customer.
How to Start a Return
Don’t just ship it back — reach out first so we can issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number:

Anything sent back without an RMA may be delayed or refused.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days.
You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as it’s done.
Exchanges
Need something different? The fastest way to handle it is:
- Return the original part for a refund
- Place a new order for the replacement
This keeps things moving instead of waiting on back-and-forth swaps.
Shipping Your Return
Make sure your RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package. If it comes in without it, things slow down for everyone.
