Everything sold by FastLab UTV is used at the customer’s own risk. It’s on you to make sure anything you buy is installed and used properly. Correct installation and proper use are critical for safety, performance, and longevity.

All products sold and manufactured by FastLab UTV are intended for off-road use only.

FastLab UTV is not responsible for damage, injury, or failure caused by improper installation, misuse, modifications, or unauthorized alterations of any product we sell.

We also do not cover or reimburse any associated costs related to product use or failure. This includes, but is not limited to, labor, installation or removal costs, towing, freight, rental vehicles, downtime, or any incidental expenses that may come from use or failure of a product.

Warranty

We stand behind what we build and sell. If something fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll take care of it.

Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from abuse, crashes, improper installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear from off-road use.

If you think you’ve got a warranty issue, reach out with photos and a description of what happened. We’ll take a look and get you sorted out as quickly as possible.

Every situation is a little different, but the goal is simple: if it’s on us, we’ll make it right.

Order Policy

All orders placed through fastlabutv.com must be paid in full at checkout. If the product is in stock, payment is required to process the order.

Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to make changes to their order.

After 24 hours, changes may still be possible but require approval from a FastLab representative and are not guaranteed.

Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% administrative and restocking fee.

This covers payment processing and order handling once the order is placed.
