TrueAm UTV Dual Battery Connection and Monitor Kit
Want to run all your lighting and accessories when your UTV is off? Does your stator struggle to keep up with all the power you are drawing? You need a dual battery setup to run all the accessories without draining your starter battery. This kit allows you to wire all your accessories to an auxiliary battery so they draw from this battery and not from the battery required to start your SxS. The battery isolator then allows the stator to recharge both batteries once the vehicle is running. The single meter displays the voltage of both batteries so you can monitor when it's time to shut the stereo and lights down.
NOTE: This kit does not include a battery, that will need to be sourced separately. Lithium batteries require a different kit, see UTV-SBI-LCM.

Shipping was fast and parts arrived as expected. The install was relatively easy. I did have to narrow the extension brackets for the lap belt just a little to fit into the mounting location. This was on a 2025 machine so I’m unsure if this is due to Yamaha making a minor change to the mounting locations. It was nothing that a few minutes with a dremmel couldn’t handle. Adding the harnesses is one of the best mods I’ve done to my machine!
I bought a pair of these for my Rmax and they did not disappoint. They lock into place very nice and do not move at all once you get them tightened down. I very highly recommend getting them. If you’re thinking about getting them, stop thinking and just get them.
