This Trophy Truck-inspired design is built to push the limits and unlock capabilities never before possible in your RZR. It shifts the front wheels forward by 1 inch and moves the rear tires back by 2 inches, with a wheelbase just over 120 inches. The 33-inch tires fit comfortably without any rubbing. This kit adds 4 inches to each side of the vehicle, providing 19 inches of travel in the front and 20 inches in the rear. Constructed from durable 4130 chromoly plate and fully TIG-welded, it features 7/8" uniballs and heims for the front arms, 3/4" heims for the trailing arm mounts, and custom 5/8" uniballs paired with 1-1/4" 4130 radius rods for optimal performance and durability.
Product came packaged nicely, quality powder coating, bolted up without too much drama, installed supplied lugs and mounted spare. Good solid design, not flexing or rattling.
Shipping was fast and parts arrived as expected. The install was relatively easy. I did have to narrow the extension brackets for the lap belt just a little to fit into the mounting location. This was on a 2025 machine so I’m unsure if this is due to Yamaha making a minor change to the mounting locations. It was nothing that a few minutes with a dremmel couldn’t handle. Adding the harnesses is one of the best mods I’ve done to my machine!
