AVID Racing Pro R XC Trailing Arm Kit for Polaris Pro R (Cross Country Suspension Upgrade)

The AVID Racing Pro R XC Trailing Arm Kit is the next evolution in high-performance Polaris Pro R suspension. Engineered from years of Baja racing development, this 80" suspension system is built for cross-country performance across rocks, mud, sand, desert, and mixed terrain.

Designed and manufactured entirely in-house, this trailing arm kit eliminates the traditional toe link and rear knuckle, replacing them with a fully integrated heavy-duty trailing arm system. The result is maximum strength, reduced maintenance, improved reliability, and cleaner geometry under load.

If you're looking for the ultimate Polaris Pro R rear suspension upgrade for aggressive trail riding, racing, or all-terrain abuse, this is it.

Why Choose the AVID Racing XC Trailing Arm Kit?

Unified Trailing Arm Design

  • No toe link

  • No rear knuckle

  • Fewer wear components

  • Stronger and more reliable under hard use

Optimized Suspension Geometry

  • Reduced wheel scrub

  • Improved high-speed stability

  • Camber geometry engineered for cross-country performance

  • Toe set to 0° at ride height

Note: Because this system eliminates the toe link, rear toe angle will vary throughout suspension travel. This is intentional and optimized for ride height performance.

Premium Construction

  • Fabricated from 2" 4130 Chromoly tubing

  • Precision TIG welded

  • Fully engineered and built in-house by AVID Racing

  • Designed for extreme off-road abuse

Optional: Billet 7075 aluminum radius rod kit with upgraded mounting plate available.

Fitment & Geometry Details

These trailing arms do not use factory Polaris geometry.

  • AVID geometry provides 3.5" ground clearance at full bump

  • Designed around 35" tires in Hole #1

  • Secondary mounting hole available for increased clearance or smaller tires (use only if required)

Important:

  • Straight radius rods are required when using Hole #2

  • High-clearance rods will contact at full droop

  • Deviating from AVID shock length specifications may negatively affect geometry, increase wheel scrub, and reduce built-in stability

What’s Included in the Base Kit

  • Complete rear trailing arm set

  • All uniballs and rod ends

  • All misalignment spacers and bushings

  • All required titanium installation hardware
